Brew parameters are variables that can be adjusted in the coffee brewing process. Adjusting can increase or decrease extraction, and i can impact other variables by changing one. There in include:
- Water temperature
- Contact time
- grind size
- agitation (our over)
- Pre-infusion or bloom time
- pour regimen including many sub variables (for pour over)
- pressure and pressure profile (for espresso)
